1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phtayah platform, accessible at phtayah.net and any associated mobile or web application interfaces. By creating an account on phtayah or by continuing to use the phtayah platform after these Terms have been updated, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions herein.

phtayah reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the phtayah website. It is the Player's sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Where material changes are made, phtayah will endeavor to provide notice through in-account notifications; however, failure to receive such a notification does not exempt you from the application of updated terms.

If you access the phtayah platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and your acceptance of these Terms will be treated as their acceptance.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register for and use the phtayah platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style online gaming under applicable Philippine regulatory frameworks. Proof of age may be required at any point during your use of phtayah.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable local laws at the time you access the platform.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through phtayah's responsible gaming tools or imposed by a regulatory body — at the time of registration or play.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information — including false age, false identity, or false contact details — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of phtayah or any of its affiliated game providers or service partners.

phtayah reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed to phtayah's satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification. phtayah may, at its sole discretion, decline to register any applicant without providing a reason.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one active account on the phtayah platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, the same device, the same payment method, or any combination of similar identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, phtayah will suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any pending bonuses or promotional credits held within those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtayah account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. phtayah will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify phtayah support immediately via live chat if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if you suspect that your login credentials have been compromised. phtayah may temporarily suspend your account as a protective measure upon receipt of such a notification while an investigation is conducted.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phtayah account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including email address and mobile number — current and accurate at all times.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your phtayah account, including family members, friends, or agents.
• You must not access the phtayah platform using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on phtayah are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtayah supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to individual method availability and transaction limits: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.

The minimum deposit amount on phtayah is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request. phtayah does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, for which phtayah bears no responsibility.

• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your phtayah wallet instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• Withdrawals to GCash are processed within 30 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in your external account, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• phtayah reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of account KYC status, where fraud prevention protocols are triggered.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used to fund the phtayah account or that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• phtayah will not process withdrawals to payment accounts registered under a different name than the phtayah account holder's verified identity.

phtayah reserves the right to withhold, delay, or reverse any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld, phtayah will notify the Player and provide an opportunity to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

phtayah may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be stated at the time the offer is presented.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Where a Player has both real-money and bonus funds in their phtayah wallet, the order in which funds are used for wagering will follow the sequence specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be shared between players or transferred to any third party.
• phtayah reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, including in cases where the offer has already been credited to a Player's account, if there is evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation.
• Multiple accounts or coordinated play among multiple players for the purpose of farming or abusing bonus offers constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and suspension of all implicated accounts.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or in violation of these Terms are void and will be removed from the account without compensation.

6 Game Rules and Wagering

All games available on the phtayah platform — including slots, live casino table games, sportsbook markets, bingo, and other offerings — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the game interface or game description. It is the Player's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

phtayah's sportsbook offers betting markets on Philippine basketball (PBA), international sports, and other events. All sports bets are final once confirmed. Errors in placing a bet, misreading of odds, or a change of mind after confirmation do not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation, except in cases where phtayah has published a material error in the odds or market.

• All wagers are final once confirmed by the system. phtayah will not reverse a bet on the basis of a Player's change of mind.
• In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during gameplay, phtayah reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's account. This decision is final and at phtayah's sole discretion.
• phtayah reserves the right to void any wager that was placed using erroneous odds, prices, or game parameters resulting from a technical error on the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets on phtayah. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be changed by phtayah without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtayah platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be referred to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with phtayah.
• Using the phtayah platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion period.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to access, navigate, or place wagers on the phtayah platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the phtayah platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a platform error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to phtayah's systems, servers, databases, or other technical infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behavior toward phtayah staff, live dealers, or other players.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person, acting as an agent for third-party bettors, or pooling funds with other players without phtayah's express written consent.

8 Responsible Gaming

phtayah is committed to promoting responsible, safe, and informed gaming among all its registered players. phtayah's responsible gaming framework is built into the platform at the account level and is accessible to all registered players at all times without the need to contact support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phtayah account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a seven (7) day cooling-off period before they apply.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration notifications that alert them after a specified amount of continuous play time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account restriction for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply full self-exclusion from a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires.

phtayah will honor any self-exclusion request received through the account dashboard or via live support immediately. Players who are under a self-exclusion period must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. Any account created in breach of a self-exclusion period will be immediately closed and all balances returned.

phtayah encourages any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek support from appropriate resources. Gambling should be an entertainment activity. It is not a source of income and should never be undertaken with money that a player cannot afford to lose.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the phtayah platform — including but not limited to the phtayah brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, software, text, images, video content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of phtayah or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtayah platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the phtayah platform without phtayah's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of phtayah's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The phtayah name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used in connection with any product, service, or entity in any manner that is likely to cause confusion or that disparages phtayah.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtayah, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phtayah platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, or deposits resulting from technical failures, platform outages, or connectivity issues outside phtayah's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in game content, odds data, or sportsbook markets caused by third-party data providers.
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or telecommunications infrastructure.
• Any gambling losses you incur through normal use of the phtayah platform. Gambling involves inherent financial risk, and phtayah does not guarantee any outcome or return on any wager.

In all cases where phtayah's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, phtayah's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the phtayah platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phtayah account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

phtayah reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Discovery that the registered Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of platform errors as described in Section 7.
• Upon the Player's own request to close their account.
• Activation of a self-exclusion period under the Responsible Gaming tools described in Section 8.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phtayah will endeavor to complete its investigation and communicate an outcome to the Player within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is permanently closed for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or material misrepresentation. In all other cases of closure, genuine real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record after any applicable deductions.

12 Privacy and Data

phtayah collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at phtayah.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the phtayah Privacy Policy.

phtayah may share your personal data with third-party service providers, payment processors, identity verification services, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary for the provision of the phtayah platform. phtayah will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

phtayah implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, access controls, and regular security audits.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14 Contact and Disputes

phtayah aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving all necessary information from the Player. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with phtayah, the Player may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.
